What Doorway is
Doorway is a San Diego directory and introduction service for home transitions. We list local providers and, with your permission, introduce you to providers who may fit your situation. Doorway is free for families.
Providers are independent
Providers listed on Doorway are independent businesses, not Doorway employees, agents, or partners. A listing is not an endorsement. When we state that something about a provider was verified, we show what was checked and when. You are responsible for confirming a provider's scope, timing, quote, insurance, and terms before hiring them.
No professional advice
Doorway does not provide legal, tax, financial, medical, or real-estate advice, and is not a law firm, tax advisor, real estate brokerage, or contractor.
Listings
Unclaimed listings are compiled from publicly available information and are marked as unclaimed. A business may claim its listing to correct and complete it, or request removal at any time through the contact form; removal requests are honored promptly.
Introductions
Submitting a request does not guarantee a match or an introduction. We share your contact details with a provider only with your permission.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to submit false information, harass any person, or scrape listings in bulk.
Liability
The site is provided 'as is.' To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Doorway is not liable for the acts, omissions, or services of any listed provider, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by California law.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version will always be posted here with its effective date.
